My prior shingle roof was over 20 years old and I wanted to replace it before the chance of an emergency came up due to a nasty storm. Plus it was important to me to have the time to chose the roofing company I wanted, which an emergency roof disaster would not have allowed. I got 5 quotes. It came down to two companies that I had to choose between. A very good friend recommended Blue Sky. It was due to his recommendation, my own research of Blue Sky, and the salesman's good character and genuineness that I went with them. I had a metal roof put on. I have certainty that it will not come off, no matter the storm or high winds. I also had 3 solar tubes installed, which I love. I am very happy with Blue Sky's speed of service once the project started, and the product they delivered.

I was forced into an early replacement of my tile roof in Florida after the hurricanes and not too happy about the big ticket expense. Given my poor attitude going into the purchase, Bluesky made this process about as smooth as it could be. Jeff originally came out to help with an emergency repair to stop the leak we had while we went down the insurance route then gave us a ton of space while we waited on insurance and considered our options. Finally, we decided to replace with another tile roof and I couldn't imagine a better experience for a big ticket purchase. Jeff not only gave us the most competitive quote among the 3 we requested from local companies, but also offered the most amount of upgrades, assurances, product preference, etc of all the companies. When it came time for the work the actual crew was kind, courteous, they cleaned up the job site every day, and were cognizant to always keep the fence gate closed on account of our dogs (pet peeve of mine among workers). What I appreciated most about Bluesky was they always seemed trustworthy, honest, respectful and most of all kind...I'm sure there are many companies that can do great work, but I think Bluesky delivered much more than just a finished job.

After suffering roof damage from the 2024 hurricane Milton in Madeira Beach I called a few recommended roofing companies to get their opinions on what we should do. Brandon came out multiple times to address my questions, not the least of which was regarding our solar panels and repair vs. re-roofing. He was very accommodating and addressed our concerns. We needed a new roof (after 12 years) due to a GAF faulty shingle warranty. We contacted several roofing companies for quotes and Blue Sky Roofing was the only company who offered to take care of ordering all of the materials using our materials voucher. Jeff El-Khalidi came to our home for the initial consultation and to learn the circumstances surrounding our warranty claim. Jeff was very professional, thorough and courteous every step of the way, which gave us piece of mind knowing we were selecting the right company to install a quality roof. Jeff was very communicative throughout the entire project and was on site each day. On the install days, workers showed up prior to their scheduled time and immediately went to work. It was apparent they took pride in their work and followed the company’s high standards. Despite the extreme heat conditions, workers remained diligent working towards completion. Tarps were utilized to cover the pool/pool deck and perimeter of the home, and workers made sure the area was always free of debris. We were so thoroughly impressed by this company that we wish they had installed our roof 12 years ago. This company is amazing! From the beginning working with Tyler who went crazy into detail from every aspect of the process I almost felt like I could do the job after my lesson. Tyler stayed in contact with me for updates throughout the whole process. Hurricane Milton came through on the day they were supposed to deliver supplies and I was updated by the company and Tyler that obviously I was going to be rescheduled to the earliest that was safely possible post storm. The day came for supplies to arrive and for how loud the process can be the crew was very quiet and then 2 days later they got to work on the roof! The job took 2 days and they were moving fast and efficient making sure that stuff was getting cleaned up as the job was being completed. I was updated by the project lead every step of the way! I just can't say enough about these guys and the job was done perfect they were having some issues post storm with the dumpster so I was informed it might have to stay in driveway over the weekend less than ideal but it would've been fine. I walked outside at about 7pm on Friday night and they were looking up the dumpster and driving off! If you want to have a full and complete roofing experience Blue Sky Roofing is definitely the way to go!

I had a great experience working with Allen from Blue Sky Roofing. He was incredibly attentive and acted more like a project manager than a salesperson, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. While removing my roof, I had to get my ac installed through another company and he coordinated everything to ensure the timing and details all lined up which made a huge difference. In fact, when I was getting multiple AC quotes, Allen even took the time to talk with the AC companies and explain the roof setup. Installing an AC system under a flat roof can be tricky, but his help made it so much easier to coordinate everything. The roofing team itself was fantastic. They not only installed my new roof but also handled the polyiso insulation board, so there was no need to juggle a separate insulation company. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The crew was respectful of my property and kept everything clean. Communication was easy the entire time. Allen was organized, patient, and always available to answer questions, which made the whole process feel stress free. My experience with Garrick at Blue Sky was great. I needed help identifying where a leak in a roof was coming from. Garrick was very responsive to my call and came out to do a visual inspection of the roof and test where moisture might be coming through. We were unable to immediately identify the cause of the leak, but he came back out a second time to do more testing and he found the problem area. He advised me on a few different options for repairs. We moved forward with a very cost effective option, it was fixed within 48 hours and there has not been a leak in the roof since. He even came out a third time to test that the repairs had fully fixed the leak, which was great. I really appreciated Garrick's clear and responsive communication via phone and text throughout this experience. He was very accommodating of my schedule and the schedules of the tenants of the property and was always on time, not to mention his positive and friendly attitude. Garrick also went above and beyond by referring me to a team that could help me with ceiling drywall repair, and they did amazing work as well. Thank you so much to Garrick and the Blue Sky Team!

I am so grateful for the expediency and urgency on the part of not only Blue Sky Roofing, but with Allen, who swiftly came to our rescue after Hurricane Milton tore off 40% of our roof. With significant damage from the other two hurricanes within the previous 2 months, it was almost more than I could handle. Allen was there for me, got the tarp on immediately to protect my home from further damage, and then the roof was replaced within a few weeks. Allen and his crew kept in constant communication regarding time frames, permits, and his schedule. Such a devastating thing to go through, but Blue Sky, and specifically Allen made this 100% hassle free for me. I cant thank them enough, nor can I even express the gratitude I have towards Allen and his team.

Of all the things we have had to deal with thanks to Hurricane Helene getting my roof done was the easiest and smoothest process of them all! The assessment Patrick performed was amazing with very detailed pictures and videos and he explained everything so very clearly. He stayed on top of my permit and checked in with me often until it finally got approved. John my project manager was also excellent. Also staying on top of the job from scheduling to inspection and checked in during the work. The crew that arrived were courteous and hard working. With hurricane Milton coming through, as may others in our area we ended up with roof problems. This was my second house re-roof in my life. I didn't enjoy the first one and was coming somewhat apprehensively to this one as well (and just to spare the suspense, my apprehension was completely uncalled for ;) ) I came across Blue Sky roofing through Google search - when I initially called, I was thinking of patch fixing and not many companies were willing to work on patching, most of them wanted to do an entire re-roof, so most didn't even want to come out. Blue Sky Roofing stepped up to the plate and Alan ended up being my sales person/project manager. He came out to do the estimate and was very detailed explaining all the problems we had with the roof - and at that point it became obvious that the re-roof would be in order. Besides the obvious hurricane damage, we had lifting shingles and improperly draining flat roof. He sent us pictures and videos explaining the problems we have and offering the possible solutions (for example for the flat roof he offered to install a special package that would create a slight slope in the flat roof to ensure that the water rolls off instead of sitting on top. I didn't even know that such a thing existed). The quote we received was timely and competitively priced. Any question I had, Alan was very prompt in replying and explaining. I was pleasantly surprised that our job got scheduled fairly quickly (I think we got put on the schedule within 2 month of signing the contract) and that the initial timeline was kept and the whole project took probably less than a month to start, finish and pass all the inspections. The actual roof was replaced in literally a couple of days - kudos to the Blue Sky Roofing team. The whole team worked with me in an exceptional way. Because the property had septic on the front, there was limited space to store the delivered products and the trucks could not be brought into the yard, so Alan made sure that none of the heavy stuff trampled on the septic and I also was very much pleasantly surprised as to how well the yard was picked up after the job was done (in my previous re-roof experience, we kept finding nails, cigarette butts and various junk for a while after the roofers left). I would say this crew was immaculate :) . We did run into one snag - the shingles we initially picked were out of stock, so Alan immediately reached out to let us know and we pivoted to choose a slightly different color and truly I think it looks even better. Alan also provided variety of pictures to show us how the colors we were leaning towards would end up looking on a real roof (he was able to pull up de-identified photos of past jobs to give us an idea of the finished product look in our Florida setting). The whole process ended up being a breeze, we got lots of documentation supporting any additional things that had to be fixed, which made things very transparent and ensured that we had no questions along the way. So, if you are looking for a reliable, competent, transparent and professional roofers that will not cost you an arm and a leg, look no further. What a great experience with Tyler. We recently bought a new build and before we closed we had concerns on how the roof was being vented. I'm going to start the review with my house looks absolutely amazing these guys did a great job I highly recommend Will Enneking he went so far above and beyond to make sure he kept his word and let me tell you it wasn't easy things never go perfect and it seemed like everything was working against them and me as the home owner but most of all the issues never got pushed aside or brushed off everything was addressed immediately even if it took Will himself to go so far out of his way it was almost unbelievable to deal with a company and a employee that stood behind everything they sold you and promised with no hesitation Thank you guys for your awesome work!!!

Absolutely great experience with Allen and this company. After the tropical storm, I ended up with leaking in a house I just bought. Allen came out. Listened to my concerns when it came to budget and time and found a solution to do an easy enough repair to buy me time until ny finances aligned with bigger fixes. He has checked up several times to see how the repair has held up too. I had over 5 quotes from other companies, and all left me worried with worst case scenarios except when it came from Blue Sky roofing. He did alert me to the absolute need to replace my roof in the near future but didn't pressure me and found a solution that, like I said, buys me time until I can comfortably afford a new roof. He advised me the next steps if the repair didn't work but after he left I was no longer in panic mode and i appreciate how genuinely he seemed to care about gaining trust and taking care of the people that he works for and with. That's a lost art these days, especially when it comes to roofing contractors. I look forward to being able to hire this company in the future.

In the process of moving my elderly father back to Michigan, hurricane Debby dropped an unprecedented amount of rain in Sarasota. The exact day my father’s home went on the market, water started leaking and a large hole developed in the ceiling. In a panic, I called the first number my realtor suggested and left two messages (they still have never called back). I called the second number she suggested, Blue Sky, and was immediately greeted by a wonderful customer service agent. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days, even during a major storm! Tyler reached out to confirm the appointment and gather information. When Tyler visited the home, he sent me pictures of his visit and called me with all the details. I have water leaking behind a window/wall. I suspected it could be coming from a juncture with the roof/flashing @ 1st/2nd story. Tyler came out and inspected the area. He was honest, professional and thought about several scenarios. It is not a straight-forward scenario. He felt the roof, flashing, shingles were all intact; he did not want to unnecessarily pull apart the roofing/stucco. He sealed an area and we are going to watch it. I am going to replace the window, suggested to re-route a gutter spout. Overall I felt like he was honest/has integrity and gives good advice. Tyler and Will did a great job on repairing my very steep metal roof. I needed some of the screws removed and replaced. This was not an easy job due to the fact that the roof is a 10/12 pitch another words almost a 45 degree angle. On time for quote and for the repairs. Highly recommend

Blue Sky Roofing came out to check my roof for "roof to wall attachments" to bring it up to code, today. ****** spent 1 hr.30 mins., outside in the heat, and when he reported back, it was with a level of honesty that I have seldom met before.He explained that he and his boss agreed that the roof I have has great integrity already, due to the material used, when the house was built. Anything that they would do to retrofit my roof to wall attachments, would actually do more harm than good. I was blown away! I am so impressed that not only will I call on them again, but I will be sure to ket my family and friends know. It's not often that you meet this kind of honesty in the business world.They are impressive and I am very grateful.

Just had them do my roof. What a pleasure experience. One of the best and easiest transactions ever. Will guided me thru the process and let me know what to expect. I was given a sample color book and after we made our selection we were given dates, times, clear and easy to read and understand estimates. Will communicated everything with us and was EXCELLENT with his response time. Whole job took about two days. We are extremely happy. Would highly recommend them!

Tyler and Jon were very through throughout our roofing process, provided photos along the way and explained different options we had. They returned all phone calls in a timely manner and completed the roof quickly. I appreciate how professional everyone was and how they went out of their way to make sure we understood what was going on. We rent and had damage during Hurricane Ian. Our homeowner lives out of the country and contacted Blue Sky Roofing to replace the roof. From the beginning the company went above and beyond to make sure that we had communication along with the homeowner to know what was going on. When it came time to schedule they were fantastic with working with our schedule. My husband works nights and sleeps during the day. One phone call to explain the situation and we were assured they would come on a day he was off to not disrupt his sleep schedule. Everyone we spoke to was amazing. We were told when to expect the dumpster, when the crew would show up, what the process would be with inspections, when we could expect completion and when the dumpster would be picked up. The roof was completed today and we’re 100% happy and know our homeowner will be as well! No more worrying about if it’s going to leak during a storm. The crew was great, if we needed to come or go they were courteous and respectful, they would stop to make sure nothing fell on us. They had people cleaning up all day. After the roof was done and they had left we went outside and checked the yard (we have a dog and didn’t want to chance her stepping on a nail), we couldn’t find a single one. To be honest if the dumpster wasn’t still in the driveway you wouldn’t know the roof was just replaced today. Thank you to Kelly, Ben and the crew for the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. 100% recommend this company and will pass their information on to anyone I know who needs a new roof.

We had a very positive experience working with Blue Sky. Will, Jon, and Keleigh were always easy to contact and explained the whole process. Will was very patient as we had to deal with our insurance after Hurricane Ian. The crew worked very hard and finished just as it was getting dark. They did come out the next day to finish cleaning up and do a last check of everything. I highly recommend Blue Sky Roofing.
